We stand behind the quality and freshness of our nutritional and personal care products. If you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased through our store as an Independent Herbalife Distributor, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
To initiate a return, please contact us to request the appropriate return form. Once completed, the form and the product should be sent to the address provided in our instructions.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a nutritional or personal care product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us and we will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed in accordance with Herbalife’s return guidelines.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for return instructions. We will cover the cost of returning the item and sending a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Returns
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or stolen during transit. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service with confirmation of receipt.
Processing Times
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within two business days from the time the Herbalife warehouse receives the returned items. Please note that there may be a short delay between delivery to the warehouse and formal confirmation of receipt.
